The clever folks from Mr Pickles decided to make the most of an old loading dock out the back of their Bar & Eatery. As masters of the casual come bloody delicious hospo offer they ran with an idea to use the garage space as a hole-in-the-wall fried chick shop.
We created a cheeky and mischievous little brand that sits right at home in the loading dock and got creative with the 18m2 floor plan. Our favourite features are the custom designed canopy that folds back flat, the mobile planters and the sliding menu boards that switch up modes from day to night service.
