Amid rising hybrid work trends and social isolation, the space was crafted to foster belonging and social connection for in-office days.
The design concept aimed to be a physical manifestation of Dynamo6's brand identity, blending bold, vivid colour accents with a minimalist, concrete base to emphasise energy and dynamism. The space was intended to immerse clients and team members in Dynamo6's culture immediately upon entry.
Working with a tight budget, the focus was on amplifying brand presence, particularly in social and meeting spaces, which also served as dynamic backdrops for online meetings. The challenge was to harmonise diverse interior elements into cohesive colour schemes, incorporating paint, floor coverings, upholstery, signage, and acoustic treatments to create unified, immersive environments.
A standout feature was a hand-painted brand mural in the main social area, designed to disguise service doors while making a bold statement. Bespoke lighting aligned with brand colours, and the use of planting and recycled strand board wall linings softened quieter focus areas.
Success was measured by the increased sense of pride and belonging among team members and clients.
